4-H Holiday Fun Workshops

Holiday Fun Workshops for Youth

The Hertford County 4-H Program would like to invite youth to attend our upcoming 4-H Holiday Fun Workshops!  These programs are planned in partnership with the Elizabeth S. Parker Memorial Library in Murfreesboro.  We invite youth to come get in the holiday spirit with 4-H!  Youth will have a great time making homemade gifts for their family members during these workshops which will be held at the Elizabeth S. Parker Memorial Library.  The workshops will be held on three different days and new gift/craft opportunities will be provided each day.  Workshop dates and times are: December 20, 2010 from 4-6pm, December 21, 2010 from 4-6pm and December 22, 2010 from 10am until noon.  There is no cost to attend but we do ask that you bring a canned good with you for the 4-H Hungry to Help Initiative.  Your donation will be used to help local families who are struggling this holiday season.  Supplies are limited and will be provided on a first come, first served basis. If you have any questions please contact Sherry Channell at the Hertford County Extension Office at (252) 358-7822 or by email at sherry_channell@ncsu.edu.  To learn more about other upcoming events become a FAN of us on Facebook at… http://www.facebook.com/HertfordNCCES.
